Allan Joseph Cribbins, III, MD
Allan Joseph Cribbins earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Lafayette College with honors. He then attended medical school at the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Medicine, where he graduated AOA (medical honor society) and won the Dr. J. Behan Prize for Outstanding Student in Surgery. After completing his residency at The McGaw Medical Center of Norwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago in 2000, winning The Harold L. Method award, he joined Dr Hamn in private practice specializing in bariatric, general and advanced laparoscopic surgery.
Dr. Cribbins is certified by the Texas State Board and National Boards of Medical Examiners as well as the American Board of Surgeons. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons, American Society for Bariatric Surgery and the Texas Medical Association.

Dr. Nirmal S. Jayaseelan, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Jayaseelan grew up in Lubbock, Texas. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University. He attended medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center where he obtained Honors in Surgical Research for a study on shock under Dr. Tom Shires.
Dr. Jay then completed his General Surgery Residency at Oregon Health Sciences University. He has been trained by Dr. Don Trunkey (world famous trauma surgeon), Dr. Lee Swanstrom (Former president of SAGES, a laparoscopic society), and Dr. John Porter (editor of the Yearbook of Vascular Surgery).
Currently, Dr. Jay is a busy general and vascular surgeon at multiple Dallas hospitals and Surgery Centers. He is one of the most experienced out patient lap band surgeons in the nation. He has performed over 1200 lap band operations.

He is affiliated with the American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, Dallas County Medical Association, and American Bariatric Society. Wade
N. Barker, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Barker began his undergraduate
studies at Southwest Texas State University and completed
them at Eastern New Mexico University, where he graduated magna
cum laude. He also received a Loan Star scholarship
and was named an outstanding senior biology student. Dr.
Barker completed his medical education, internship, and
general surgery residency at Texas Tech University School
of Medicine.
Wade Barker, M.D., holds active hospital
privileges at Mesquite Community Hospital, Baylor at Garland,
HealthSouth Surgery Center in Mesquite, Medical Center of
Mesquite, and Plano Surgery Center. He also has provisional
consulting privileges at Presbyterian Greenville.

Texas Medical Association, Dallas County Medical Association,
